A two-day comprehensive oil sands course   Participants receive an introduction to all aspects of the oil sands, including land bids, recovery, upgrading, refining, and transportation.  Also covered in the oil sands course are government policy, industry economics, and the technological, political, geopolitical, environmental, and other forces that affect oil sands operations and development.

Our goal at Oak Leaf Training is to make complex issues and concepts understandable. Our oil sands instructor, Bruce Peachey, is an effective communicator that has worked over 40 years in the energy industry and holds specific experience in oil sands. At the end of the two days, you will return to your organization with extensive knowledge of the oil sands and greater insight into the possible directions the industry could take.
