Cancellation Policy. Cancellations received 14 or more calendar days prior to the course start date are not subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are made in full, or registrants can elect to receive a full credit towards a future course. Because Oak Leaf incurs costs in the two weeks leading up to a course, any cancellations made fewer than 14 calendar days prior to the course start date receive a 75% credit towards a future Oak Leaf course registration. Participants that do not show up for a course receive a credit equal to 25% of the paid course fees to be applied towards a future Oak Leaf course. In the case that Oak Leaf cancels a course, registrants receive a full refund or a full credit towards another course to be held at a future date. Please note that acceptance of this registration policy includes the understanding that Oak Leaf will not be held liable for any cancellation fees incurred by the registrants for travel and/or accommodation expenses should a course be cancelled.
